Planned Servicing
All manufacturers require specified service schedules to maintain the machine at optimal performance and reduce costly critical failures. At Access Tech Support we maintain an accurate register to customise timely alerts to best manage manufacturers service requirements around your EWP's busy work schedules, minimising disruption to your business.

6 Monthly COF & Electrical Test and Tag
Inspection and Compliance
Operator safety is our prime focus. We keep your EWP safe and compliant in alignment with the latest standards: AS/NZ 2550-10, AS/NZ 1418-10 and Worksafe's Best Practice guidelines. Access Tech Support undertakes certification according to manufacturers recommendations and relevant service bulletins. We also recommend testing AC electrical battery chargers, generators and RCDs fitted to your EWP at the time of the 6 Monthly COF to ensure it is up to date. Our Technicians are AS/NZS 3760 qualified.

Comprehensive 20 Point Inspection
Trailer Inspection and Repair
We service and repair all types of trailers and accessories. If your scissor lift lives on a trailer, we can incorporate your trailers Warrant of Fitness with Scissor lift certification making it easy to stay on top of the maintenance. We have developed a thorough 20 point inspection for trailers to ensure that your trailer is in solid road worthy condition.

We do not sell access machinery, nor favour any specific brand. If its built well, and safe to use we support it. We carry a wide range of common parts for all makes and models and have strong connections to parts distributors worldwide. With options for genuine or aftermarket parts we confidently offer a minimum one year warranty on all replacement parts we supply.

Keep Your Team Working
Courtesy Machine Delivery
We understand it can be hard to find the downtime for your machine to be serviced, so don't! By arrangement, we can deliver a 6 meter scissor lift to the site where your machine is working so that your team can carry on working while your EWP is taken care of. This service is only available to our non hire industry clients.
